Den dehydrated? Female
Default Den dehydrated?

Added this little Dendrobium to my collection recently but still learning about them so wanted second opinion, does look dehydrated?

Right now it’s potted in scoria mix with charcoal. I am watering it daily but wondering if should be more, maybe add soaking daily instead, and/or adding some moss to potting mix. I grow in FL in sunroom so warm and humid. Any advice be appreciated!

Den dehydrated? Male
Default

It looks like a Latouria section Den. It looks fine now. They should never dry completely. I think it would be much easier to keep watered adequately in much smaller chunks of medium. When it gets hot in summer you might to need to water it more than once a day in those large chunks.
