Default D. Kingianum leaves yellowing

I got this d kingianum online which about 4 days before it reached my home. It was delivered on 3/23 and all the leaves were green. It was potted in one of those plastic net pots (the ones with lots of open slits) with alot of sphagnum moss, round stones, and some bark/perlite/charcoal. I watered it the next day with overnight tap water (which I use for the vast majority of my plants including orchids) and on the day after, 3/25, I noticed some yellowing leaves. I removed the plant from the pot to observe the roots which looked ok, some old dead roots and perhaps 1 or 2 rotten ones but overall not too bad. What I proceeded to do was to remove as much of the very damp sphagnum moss as i could and place it back in the original pot with just the stones and bark mix. Today, 3/26 I noticed more leaves turning yellow, yellow black with one leaf falling off. I repotted it again in a terra cotta pot. Its currently in a room facing SSE with a the windows covered by a sheer so it gets good lighting. The humidity is running between 30- 45 percent. What's going on ?
