Default Dendrobium identification

Can anyone identify the dendrobium type for this big box store hybrid? I've had it for years, but now wondering if i should be exposing it to more cold than I have been.

Hello greentiger, this is a hybrid of Dendrobium phalaenosis related species. They don't like cold weather at all.

Keep them warm all year, watered all year, brightly lit all year, and as humid as you can. Fertilize less in the winter.

When they're happy they usually make more than one new growth as good as your newest growth looks. They normally keep leaves on growths for 2-4 years, but when they have periods of too much cold or not enough water, they drop old leaves.

They flower from the tops of the canes that haven't flowered yet. If you take good care of yours all the canes that haven't flowered might make flowers. We look forward to seeing photos when that happens!
