They both belong to the nobile type dendrobiums.
The first one is about 7 cm wide and emits pleasant fragrance in the daytime; the second one has no fragrance but is larger, about 10 cm in width.

Sue, I grow them outdoors all year round. Nobile-type Dendrobiums do well here.

Very pretty! I wish I could grow nobile-type dendrobiums, but I don't have the right conditions for them in my house.
