Default Den. Kingianum

The flowers are so small but oh so many and fills the air with it's perfume. I purchased a white one at the Jacksonville Orchid Show last year. It is in FULL bloom now with 20 spikes and oh so many flowers on each. It's a bouquet in itself. Wish I had a pic.

Don, I love the kingianums!! They are such accommodating plants! And yes, one is all it takes to fill a room with fragrance!! They really seem to like blooming their heads off!

I LOVE this plant!! I'm getting one soon as one of the travel companions for the project plant!
What conditions did you give it during the winter to get it to bloom? I've heard they need it cool (10°C), hardly any water and lots of light

Camille - I don't know if 10C if what they need but they do get that in my G/H. I heat with a small elect heater that is set to come on at 50F (10C), with a fan 24/7. ALL my orchids get the same treatment and watered once every 5-7 days depending on humidity, rain etc. Not as much light as cats, all my dens. are positioned on the north side of G/H
