What I see is a plant that has lost so many lower leaves, it appears to have a stalk. Chop and repot.

Paphs are sympodial plants that multiply via a rhizome, forming clusters. Keeping them together will give you a far more hardy plant.

Thank you Ray and Tami. It is way past time to repot, so I'm researching which medium might be best because I'm not sure mixing bark and moss was the best idea. I do bark for my phals and I'm seeing bark seems to generally be ok for paphs too? Thoughts? Final question, Ray, it seems that with you suggesting to cut the stalk that the upper two growths will then be in the bark and I won't need to separate those? Just wanted to make sure before I start hacking and slashing this little guy!

Probably too late now, but Paphs need a lot more water and a little less air around their roots than Phals need. If you could find a really fine bark mix or maybe a very light soilless seedling/terrestrial sort of mix it would be much happier. Trying to keep Paphs moist enough in chunky bark like for a Phal would be next to impossible, and that's coming from someone in the Southeast that gets half their daily water requirements just from the air!
