The only special care I give/gave my plant in regards to typical Paph care is that I have to stay on top of the watering situation with it, particularly during the warmer seasons (spring/summer) and I put a little more effort into providing it with cooler night temperatures in the cooler seasons (fall/winter).
This is a tiny paph in a small pot, so it can dry out quickly. Larger Paphs in larger pots need similar moisture levels, obviously, but being in larger pots means they don't need to be watered quite as often to maintain correct moisture levels. I will sometimes water my P. helenae every other day in my indoor growing conditions during the summer.
I'm not certain if the cooler night temperatures are actually what coaxed it into blooming in the past, but I do think it helps given what we know about the areas where this species is native to. I don't think it has to be super cool, but I'd venture that next to a window where I grow it, the temps would drop below 60F/15C in the coldest parts of the winter. I also think the potting method I'm using that provides some degree of evaporative cooling around the roots is beneficial.
Otherwise, keep in mind that these tiny plants often need time to form clumps (3+ plants) before they bloom for the first time, so even a "blooming size" single growth plant may be many years from actually being able to bloom. Have patience. Trust me, it's worth it!
