Hello all!
I have been growing a collection of Paphs for about 2 years now; I have a lovely bunch of Big Raisin Pie girls, a Farrieanum hybrid that is a beauty, a Lowii, a Phrag or two or four.... I'm all about Paphs.
My personal favorites are those with mottled leaves. I have one, unfortunately, who has a new fan growing - but I have noticed that these leaves are not mottled! They are straight green. What am I doing wrong? I know it's a deficiency of some kind but I'm not certain of what.
The same issue is happening in reverse to my Farrieanum seedlings - these are straight green leaves, and they have a "veining."
I will attach some pics of the flowers for your pleasure
but any advice will be greatly appreciated! The pictures of just foliage are before I installed the grow lights, so some of them were towering looking for more light. I fertilize with a 20-20-20 weakly every other week.
I grow under lights, which seems to have helped the overall growth of my plants - the new leaves are plump and do not droop. By all other accounts, my plants are happy. Please ignore how in picture 5 there is standing water and the leaves are twisted - it unfortunately was seated below my air vent for a while and the leaves suffered. This was just after watering, and those new leaves perked right up - it was drained after
Thanks all!
