Default Paph. micranthum potting?

I have has this plants since may 2016. It is in Semi Hydro and I have some nice new root growth but the old roots did rot. New roots look good. I did find some Runners in the pot. How do you pot these plants since it has these Runners.

I can give it the cold it needs but I do not know how to pot it for best growth.

Some use very wide shallow containers with good success. It gives the runners some space to grow and possibly make their way to the surface. But possibly the most successful examples I have seen have been in baskets where the runners emerge anywhere on the sides as well as the upper surface, even the bottom in a hanging basket. It will take a bit of creativity to combine a basket and s/h.

Pot in the basket. Set the basket in a deep dish with 1" / 2.54cm of water.

A paph in a hanging basket? Oh please tell me you have photos?

a little research and...

That is most impressive. Shame that it isn't cold enough here. Winter might be OK as we get pretty cold at times, but summers into 43C would probably cook it.

I moved this plant into a Basket with Leca Beads on the bottom and Spagnum moss all around it. I think this will help it a lot because when I took it out I saw the little runner things I was wondering why I never got any new growth well the new Growth could not find it's way out of the pot sadly.

Here is a Google search photo. This Shows the reason why these type of Paphs needs to be in a Basket. This is not a Micranthum but has the same Growing habit.
