Small brown spots

The paph I just got in the mail has these small brown marks on the underside of the leaves. Other than these, the plant looks great! Was wondering if anyone here knows what it could be... To me it looks like some kind of damage caused to the plant rather than a disease or fungus, but I'm still a bit new. Any help appreciated!

It looks like mechanical damage in transit. To be on the safe side, on a spray bottle put in 15 drops of liquid dish soap, 1/2 teaspoon liquid cinnamon (you can get this on the baking aisle of the supermarket) and fill the rest with tepid tap water. Repeat every other day. If that is fungi it will be disinfected.
