Paph. Hsinying Rubyweb 'Spotter' x fairrieanum 'Red Swan' culture help

Really new to the orchid world, have few different plants that are doing well, but this is my first paph. Scored a Paph. Hsinying Rubyweb 'Spotter' x fairrieanum 'Red Swan' at TJs. local store has a great selection. have been looking up stuff on the the two crosses and I'm a bit confused, has anyone grown this cross and can you offer any advice?

It was pretty dry, so I watered it right away, it's sitting in a shaded spot near an East facing window.

Looks like a healthy plant, will see the roots when the bloom drops, and I repot.
