Default After years I got a spike.

I got this plant Nov 2014. It only had one growth and the flower was not even open yet when I got it.

Yesterday I saw this.

Only took like 2 years but woohoo. I can grow Paphs after all. Thank goodness because I have 6 now.

Depending on how fast it goes, you may bring in 2017 with the flower

Congrats!

Some Paphs are very slow in developing their spikes.

I love the lady slippers!! I love the gracefully rise of the bloom stalk, and I just love watching the daily changes as it grows and lifts itself from the leaves up and up till the bloom slowly unfurls!! I do I do love those slippers!
