As the title, the new growth is perfectly fine, but the old leaves are a pale and sickly yellow-white and seem floppier.

Should I be concerned? I recently repotted after checking the roots and found it had maybe three healthy roots left.

The media looks pretty dry. Are you keeping it moist? The other leaves look OK so I would just make sure it doesn't dry out. Paphs have fewer roots than orchids like Phals or Cattleyas, so as long as they were firm it should be OK. This doesn't need high light either, which could turn the leaves pale green or yellow.

The medium does seem to have been drying out significantly faster than I feel it should be. I'll try to keep an eye on that.

Is it fine or medium bark? I can't tell, but fine bark is likely better for that Paph. New bark dries out really fast. Some people water their Paphs every 3 days or so. it shouldn't remain sopping wet, but they do not like to dry out. Once the bark has aged a few months, it might be easier to keep moist. And those may just be old leaves that are dying back. They aren't going to turn green again. Good luck.

Should be medium grade mixed in with some sphagnum moss. I find that my conditions tend to leave things a bit drier than I expect, I have to water most things once every 2-4 days when others seem to suggest watering only once a week.

I'll keep that in mind, thanks
