This was a birthday gift in low spike; I love paphs but they don't love me, so I gave it to my mother (she has better conditions for them). The bloom has begun to open; looks rather like an alba Pinnochio. I don't know paph hybrids enough to even hazard a guess, but she doesn't care about names. It is cute.
If anybody else in central FL. really likes it, my brother in law bought it at Renniger's Flea Market in Mount Dora. I was there a couple weeks ago, and the vendor still had a bunch. She doesn't seem to believe in names (often doesn't even know genus), so no good asking her for ID.

You have correctly identified it as a Pinocchio type, but that is the best you can do. There has been so much back-crossing and line breeding between Pinocchio and its parent species (primulinum and glaucophyllum) and with other closely related species that there is no way to know which, and any could be found in alba form. Besides Pinocchio it could easily be Pine Glow, Pineapple, Avalon Mist, Nike's Sunny Delight, Avalon Delight, Avalon Magic and more, or any unregistered hybrid in the group. And many are sold as mass market plants without a name, or someone slaps a name on that is no more than a guess or a deliberate fabrication. It would be among the easiest Paphs to grow no matter which it is. Go back and get yourself one as a practice Paph.

Looks nice. Whatever it is, it will probably stay in bloom for months and could be practically everblooming if it likes its culture!

It's still in bloom! There have been a few days or a week here and there throughout the summer where it didn't have a bloom open (sometimes has lost one due to being tipped off its stand), and a few where it's had two open. There's one now, and about 8 empty bracts along the lengthening stem. It's a keeper! All she does is water a few times a week; I threw some top dressing fertilizer on it back at midsummer for her.
That immature fan is as big as its parent now too- not blooming yet but it looks good.
