Spike Stopped growing.

I was so excited that I got my first Paph to respike. Well right before the spike poked out of the leaves it just stopped growing... I did move it from being under lights to a south facing window and it is winter time so I don't think it is getting as much light as it was getting under the fake lights.

If I move it back under the lights will the spike continue to grow?

The Paph is a yellow bulldog looking types.
