I too, am not sure what is meant by "slowing" growth. It certainly is not working by a human time table. I would not move it. I would continue to give it the same culture, mybe give a dose of fertilizer. My Paph Beatrice has a small spike forming, and is just sitting, sitting. All I can do is wait and not fuss with it. I have learned that you never fuss with an orchid if it is doing well. My Uncus bulldog is forming 3 new leaf growths. They are growing at a snail's pace and I figure that by this time next year the older one might be half-grown, and the two little nibs might be 1.5 inches long. Yes, they are slow growers. So actually I wouldnt worry because I am growing paphs and mine (Berenice and Uncas) are really stalled right now too. I did give them a little dose of KLN and some kelp to fortify the roots, because it is near spring. I want vegetative growth to create big thick plants before worrying about the flowers.
