Question about blooming Paphs Male
Default

To: Estacion Seca
It delays bud initiation, and thus flowering. From initiation to bloom takes 5-6 months in most Paphs, but close to 8 months for malipoense.

In the good old days (pre-1980), they produced a lot of Paphs for cut flowers in Europe, and they timed flowering for the holidays by manipulating the temperatures.
