And here we are with the freshly repotted Paph.
As I expected only one root was still living and healthy, all the rest were rotten, empty. I cleaned them all and removed any sign of dead tissue on the plant
The main stems shouldn't be compromised though.

The media is very coarse at the bottom of the tiny pot, bark, some dead sphagnum and a few pieces of coal. Then more moss and sphagnum, some bark and at the surface only chopped sphagnum, fine sand and some marble.
Opinions?

Definiately dehydrated, apparently due to bad roots, plus underwatering perhaps. The old mix was chunky and that dries out fast.

Now that you have some moss in it, (I don't know how much but sound a lot according to your description), you have to water very carefully not to kill that one root you do have rest.
That's the only hope you have for now until the plant grows some more.

Good luck!

Thanks! How should I water it now?
Keep in mind it still is in the orchidarium with high temperatures and humidity.
I can spray the surface (avoiding the leaves) once or twice a day. Should I care about letting it dry a bit or better keeping it wetter?
There's quite a big amount of moss/sphagnum, mainly in the top half of the pot.
