First bloom on this one. Unfortunately it has a streak on the pouch, I've seen other slippers do this but don't really know why. Hopefully it improves with the next bloom...it has more buds still to come.

Similar to my Pinocchio X Luna Moth...like yours, mine has oversized flowers it seems , with the streaking problem. Must be something about cochlo X barbata group crosses.

Interesting observation Todd, maybe this will be an reoccuring problem afterall. Oh well, there's another couple buds coming so I'll see what happens.

For the second year, I have the same problem with the pouch on a similar hybrid. I bought it for the flower size which I agree is huge.This year the pouch of the first flower is a little bit collapsed and the second completely deformed. Here is a photo of my hybrid taken last year :
