No paphs are wet land orchids. Wet land gives me the image of swamp where part of the plants or at least the roots are in water at all times.
Certain groups of paphs grow in more "moist" conditions (as in most barbarta group found in humus rich forest floor) than others, but the ones being talked about here, delenatii, bellatulum, and others (hence including the hybrids involving these with regard to their care under cultivation) are less "moist" conditions, delenatii in sandy soil and most other brachys in dirt and moss that accumulated rocky area (or should I say little stones or pebbles). They do get plenty of water, but dries out quite fast and stay moist most of the time.
basically the same idea as epiphyte, but roots are not as exposed.

This is not a type of flower I like, but I have two of these. lol
I bought one at a show because the leaves were just gorgeous. It is a big plant but won't bloom. will see about that.
The second VMP I think is mislabeled. It is bought as mature size but the plant is tiny and I see no influence of delenatii in the leaves. I guess it is a hybrid of different brachys but I am very curious to see what the flower looks.
I also have two plants that are supposed to have very similar flowers as VMP but much smaller plant. It's called Uneme. been growing well but no flowers yet either.
I do like other parvis and I have tons now! well, at least more than I can handle. lol
I love love Magic Lantern and ended up buying flasks and I am literally loaded with them!
and I have one in spike at the moment. so excited!!!!
By the way, delenatii and its hybrids are not considered hard but actually the easiest in the parvi group.
Malipoense is another easy one to grow. They just need cold-cool winter to do well.
