I would get a blooming size Paph first. Makes sure you can keep that alive before you get a bunch of babies.

You'll want to keep them in compots until they get bigger. I've never done a Paph flask, but have done two Phal ones, big thing to remember is that because they're so small they will dry out faster.

It's not a bid deal actually. Get it!

Some people like to separate individual seedlings right from the beginning but doing so may damage roots or sometimes the entire plants themselves.

I prefer doing compot.

I rinse off the dark agar in the warm water as much as possible. It doesn't have to come off completely.
Sometimes in this process, one or more seedlings may separate out. Then I pot these up separately.
Otherwise, I keep the whole mess of seedlings in about 4 or 5 inch plastic pot with seedling grade bark mix.
You want to keep them warm and bright. Water (carefully) when they dry out. I water every three days or so.

Then once they get a bit too crowded, depending on the paph, but about one year after deflasking, you can repot and separate the big ones out.
