Treat it as one of those appletonianum types. Intermediate/warm.

It's okay. I've been on the same forums as you for a while so I've learned to read 'eggshellian' rather fluently.

It seems to be growing well under my conditions, any special requirements for this species?

I think I might have one of these too (I love the appletonianums/bullenianums and have five different varieties of them). I bought a Paph bundtii, but all the pictures on the internet and such seem to point to it being a celebense.
I treat all of these the same; they stand on a windowsill, get Phal light levels (east facing window), are kept at apartment temperatures, are kept moist not wet. They seem very easy to grow and flower I would say.
But honestly, if you've had it getting three new growths and flower, you're already doing everything right so just keep it up.
