Flipped the picture to help identifying it (it's kind of tricky when it's upside down). Unfortunately, I have no idea what it could be. That hennisianum could be part of it looks probable, but I'm a super amateur when it comes to IDing Paphs.
It would be easier to speculate with a photo from directly forward - and foliage too. But speculate is all we could do. It is not possible to make a positive ID of this kind of hybrid. There are far too many hybrids of this general type. First impression - it doesn't really strike me as a hennisianum hybrid.
