The accepted name for this cross is now Paph. Hsinying Alien. As mentioned earlier, it is a common cross and comes in a multitude of colors. But I don't believe white is one of them.

I have bought many plants of this cross. I did buy one from a TJ store in California while in vacation last fall. It was nearly dead like all other paphs they had in that particular store. I did see some potential in the dry flower and it was only 5.99, I grabbed it.
It is in bloom again and it looks like a very colorful curtisii with some hint of sukhakulii. The flower is quite large and I'm happy! what a bargain!
Anyways, that TJ had paphs of either this hybrid of the white/green one, all of which had a tag saying maudiae Napa Valley X Hsinying Majakun or something. You know what I'm talking about if you are familiar with these plants.
Anyways, so the white one is most likely mislabeled.
Both parents are highly colored and white/green flower will never come out of such pairing.
Regarding the potting mix, regardless of your climate, let your watering habit/preference help decide what potting mix you should use.
While moss works fine for these, I do not see as good of root growth.
I recommend medium grade bark or orchiata mixed with some perlite, although perlite is not necessary.
You want to water enough that the plant does not dry out for too long. normally once or twice a week (most likely twice a week if it's too dry where you live) will be fine.
Good luck!
The first picture is the one from a TJ in Cali.
The second one is also of the same cross and it is from a local florist.
The last one, my favorite of them all, is from an orchid show.

I have one if the same cross and it looks different. Funny how the same cross can have so many varieties. That's probably cause the genetics are so jumbled. Normally with a species or primary hybrid they all look similar.

Paphluver
I went through all my orchid pictures and believe it or not, I don't have a single photo with the Paph in it.

I heard that with Paph no 2 are ever the same because they can not be cloned like many of the other orchids. So they are grown from seeds. Since they are grown from seeds no 2 are ever the same. Is this true?

Yes, that is true, unless you are buying a division of a well known clone, which tends to be rather expensive.
So buying paphs is like playing lottery and I love it when I hit a jackpot! lol
Certain cross tend to generate quite even and predeictable results, but as you go further and further away from the natural species, the outcome can be quite surprising.
Refer to the three example pictures I posted above.
I have bought many plants of this cross and the result is actually quite even, most of them come out coloratum, meaning flowers having color combo of white, green, pink with spots like the one in the picture #1 or the one posted by Ninja phal.
The shape can vary i.e. petals might be swept down all the way like mine or they can be horizonally stretched out or any other angle in between the two.
