This clone is the favourite of mine. It has more darker pouch compared to its cousins. The two clones at the back had long leaves. Three times the size of the ones at the front. Their colour is a bit more darker compared to its small cousins.

This is amazing! Love your plants, and the pics. My plant has one bud about to open, for the very first time for me, can't wait!

They're wonderful and a nice size too. Are they easy to grow? I'm new to paphs.

Yes they are easy to grow and compact. Give standard paphiopedilum culture.

Thanks for sharing! Have you ever seen an alba or albescent form? I think I saw one on Glen Deckers display in Montreal. They were much smaller flowers and plant...

Yes I have the albanistic form and they are indeed smaller than the regular helenae. Only half the size of a regular one (the regulars ones are already a clump in a 3" pot to give you an idea). Though its also a tad bit slower. I'm hoping next fall I could post the albanistic together with the regular ones.

So little and so nice. What is the leaf span on those babies, like 5"? Good growing!
