Good colour on this particular clone. Fairly long stem as well. Almost 2 feet from base to flower.

eggshells, amazing Paph, but I am always impressed with your pics with black background. Would you share how you take them, camera setting, ISO, shutter speed, and what lens? They are amazing and so clear:-)

Camera is Nikon D3100. The settings vary. I never hid the exif data on my photos so you can see the different settings on Flickr.

For black cloth, I use black velvet and I use natural lighting now that are days are longer. Otherwise I use T5 lighting to simulate daylight. I shoot on a tripod with remote shutter.

Silken can probably add some more tips.
