One more vini.
This one took forever to open up and I almost tossed it thinking it was deformed. It was just a slow one.
I'm happy with the finally completely open flat flower.
Unfortunately my photo does not show what a real beauty this is. The color is just amazing!!!
This is a hybrid between a well known vini hybrid and a callosum.
The next one, Dendrobium Sea Mary "Snow King"
I bought this from TJ last summer. Odd time to buy nobile hybrid but there it was in the summer loaded with flowers. I loved the flowers, fragrance, and the longevity of the bloom, so I decided to keep it.
It seems to be more warmth tolerant than others as is evidenced by this blooming under my condition.
It did bloom once back in January with a few flowers on one cane. Then it made more buds along with two other canes. Many of them blasted, I would say 50%.
Quite upsetting, but I still have some flowers to enjoy.
