Crouching Tiger = (philippinense x Belle Royal)
This plant is blooming for the 2nd time in 8 months, again with 5 flower on the spike. Next growth is still tiny, so it will a long time before I see it again.
Shun-Fa Golden = (hangianum x malipoense)
First bloom seedling.
Macabre Lady is the best of 4-5 plants of this cross. I went looking for spotted petals, and I think I found them.

I wish it was all my greenhouse (of course, in that case I would be REALLY broke), but it is not. I am renting a bench that is 4' x abt 32' - and I am running out of space.

They are all lovely! I really like the Shun-Fa Golden. I don't think I have ever seen that one before.

After taking these to NJOS last night, both of the AOS judges there liked the Crouching Tiger. I can't take it to CT on Saturday, but might take it to Philly on Wednesday.

Shun-Fa Golden are always nice. It's on my list for sure.
What I like about Crouching Tiger is that it's such a variable cross, certainly much more than average. The appearance of yours reminds me a lot of St. Swithin with a dash of kolopakingii. Mine is very reminiscent of philippinense, complete with pendant, burgundy petals and honey-gold lip.

Those are beautiful. I do love the Shun-Fa Golden I think the best. They may not all be yours but at least you get to see them bloom, how fun.
