I purchased my first Paph. at the last orchid show and it's a Van Ness' Lillian'X Gege'Harvest Moon'. I picked up another at TJ's the other day. I'm new to this type orchid and I'm noticing how fast they grow. I'm wondering how large do these get? They are both throwing out new growths like crazy.

They can get many growths but the growths themselves won't get bigger in size if plant is mature.

Yes, they can get many new growth, but most will grow no larger than the one that bloomed, usually. The size of the blossom might be nicer / bigger as the number of leaves for the whole pot increases.

Great job, and post pictures when you can. Show and Tell!

They do grow like weeds. lol
They can get quite large (I'm talking about the overall size not individual growths) over time, which will then make lots of flowers each time.
