Odtna. Papa Gino 'lavender lady'
This is my first orchid re-bloom ever. This Lavender Lady is something like a rescue plant. I bought it from a nursery where they had no idea how to take care of it. It has a lot of accordion leaves from being left to dry out too long, and the spike is not very large. There it another spike, but the flowers are not mature enough. What I thought was a third spike, I think now is a new p-bulb. I re-potted it in Lava rock, watered it, left it out in the cold in October, and now it has bloomed. I feared that the small roots would go too dry in a lava rock medium, but if you water enough they will not, and it ends the problem of root rot, which I heard that these small rooted Oncidiums had.

Thanks, I think I am getting the knack for caring for oncidiums. Hopefully next year there will be more blooms.
