The first two are from the same grex.
You can still kind of see the general similarties in color & shape pattern, but quite interesting, isn't it?

The first one, though not my favorite, looks to me like a flying bird with those long petals stretched out.

It is 14cm ns, so it is one of the biggest ones I have.
I wish the picture showed the glossy texture better. It is quite something under the sun light.

The third one is a cross between different clones of Stone Lovely. I don't think I've seen Stone Lovely with this much dark markings.
Then again, with a long history in the breeding background involving so many hybrids, it is possible I guess. or maybe the tag was misplaced.

Second one from the last, I hope it will be really good next year. I really like all green flower.

The last one I guess is a runt. lol
It's been a few weeks and it just won't open up properly.
I was really looking forward to this one because of the great parent used. oh, well...

You like the first one?
It is a good grower and currently has three fans.
I am more than willing to share a division one day, say in about two more years?
It should have besome a nice little clump by then I believe.

Wow, nice. I love these light green coloured ones with the white dorsal sepal.

Yes, and I'm not sure if I want to keep it for the second bloom because I am not hopeful.

I've seen some color change and slight change in shape (for worse or better) in paphs from bloom to bloom, but this is just a mess!
I had one bad one and it was just always bad in different ways everytime it bloomed and I finally gave in.
At least that was a free bloomer that flowered a few times a year.
This one, I have to wait a whole another year.

Have you seen something of this severity and bloomed open the second time??
I haven't heard anything like that. so I'm thinking what do I do...

I do have one more of this same cross, well, parents are of the same grex but different clones.
and that one came out beautifully, open all the way, round and flat.

Actually I like the first three. I may just like to have a division some day. But in the mean time I want to see that thing blooming as a specimen. Now how cool will that be.

I wouldn't think it would straiten out all the way but it may get a bit better then it is right now, if you do keep the plant I would really like to see how it blooms next year.
