Paph. [(Alpine Meadows x Valwin) x Voodoo Magic} 'Azhar' x Massachusetts Red 'Ameer'
Long name on this one! Paph. [(Alpine Meadows x Valwin) x Voodoo Magic} 'Azhar' x Massachusetts Red 'Ameer' Am/AOS
I got it this weekend at the annual SOS show in Lancaster, PA. The photo makes it looks pretty small, but it's actually a HUGE flower! It has a 4.5" vertical NS and a horizontal NS of 4" it's gigantic! Anyone who knows me will tell you that really don't like most Paphs, but this one was too incredible to turn down!
This was bred by A&P Orchids. I talked with hem for a while at the show, they're super nice and gave me a great deal! I got this for $15!

Beautiful! I love the color, almost grape purple. It has nice texture and dorsal. You got a good deal.

I love the color too! It's nice and dark, the size lured me in, but the color and form kept me from leaving it behind!

Great flower from a great nursery. I have a division of Paph Bruno that came from them WAY down the line! Will check them out if I'm ever out that way. Awesome you had such a good experience and came home with something great.

Thanks! The photo really does not do it justice, this thing looks so huge in real life. it looks pretty average in this photo.
