A few new blooms
These are all hybrids involving fairrieanum and "maudiae type".
I post a few of the same flower at different angle because it is a second of my paphs that has those "windows" on the petals. You can almost see through it under bright light, quite nice in person.

Then, these are maudiae vini, two Suk's Web (what a name!), brachy hybrid (I'm happythis one is quite large and flat!), and Jolly Holiday.
I am in love with this vini. The color is quite different than all other vini I have. It is almost red. and I love the shape.
The only thing missing is that glossy texture that almost all other vini have here. but sometimes something different is good I guess. I find this rather papery texture also fine.
Jolly Holiday is in bloom with three flowers. I wonder if this is normal for this cross or mine just has more of Phillippinense influence.
I had Honey before, and that one had one ore barely two at a time, truly a sequential not multiflowering.
I like it this way better.

Yeah, I think those are my favorites, along with the vini in the second set. You have to see the color in person. It is so pretty!!!!

Great flowers! I'm glad that you got some really nice vinis. I like the Farrie hybrids, especially the third one and the first vini of the second group. It is very nice. The Suk's Webs are nice too. I'm partial to Supersuk.

Thank you!
I've never had species sukhakulii. Do you know if it is normal that their flowers last barely one month?
I also like supersuk. I had a nice one with multiple growths. The problem was that the flowers lasted barely one month and the flowers did not bloom often. It just grew and grew and grew like weeds. So I eventually gave it up.
I bought a whole bunch of Hsinying Alien (which has supersuk as one of its parents), many of them turned out looking almost the same as suk's web.
I have kept two that are dark and unique and one "common" one for beautiful leaves, which is now coming into bloom again.
