Three more new paphs
Default Three more new paphs

Last week, I found some nice dark paphs at this store and "just in case" they had some new shipment came in this week, I stopped by and hola~

I hit the right day. The store was loaded with dendrobiums and paphs! I was like, "oh, yeah~!!!"

There quite a few different hybrids to choose from, including one very large spotted complex with over ten growths at a reasonable price and maudiae with leaf span over 20in!!
I was very tempted to get the spotted complex but came home with three paphs.

One is green white maudiae type.
This is the same cross I already have. Hsinying Citron and Pat Rowland 'Green Tea' gotta love the names!
The one I have opened up really large and pretty, so I thought I would get another one. The interesting thing is this one, although seed grown, looks almost identical with the leaf mottle pattern, size, and the bud shape and size. It will hopefully open up pretty.

The left one in the second picture is the one I already have. The natural spread is 5.75 in. The one next to it is of the same width. Two largest alba I have.

The other two are hybrids involving Philippinense (p here after).
In second picture, it is a cross between Liemianum and p. I guess I should expect something that looks similar to Honey. The whole plant is rather big but the leaves look like those of Honey I had in the past.
It is slowly opening up and I see dark petals curled inside.

The last two pictures show buds and leaves of maudiae type crossed with p.
I picked the smallest plant with pretty leaves.
There were others of the same cross with more and larger buds, but there were also much bigger plants.
I have no idea what to expect on this bloom. anticipation...
