SH means Semi-Hydro. Here is a link with some basics, there is also a forum on this site about it.
First Rays' "Semi-Hydroponic - TM" Culture
Do you know what kind of Phrag you have?

It has bloomed twice now and I repoted it in March. I may still not be watering it enough but I am scared of rotting it. The pot I put it in is quit a bit bigger than the one it was in but it was very root bound.
I'm thinking they can't be real hard to take care of because I haven't killed mine yet hahah. I must have another.

Don't be afraid of rotting their roots! It's absolutely ridiculous how much water they love! As stated before, I keep mine in 5 inches of water and it is in a 6 inch tall pot... And unlike other orchids, they sometimes like being overpotted.

Many Phrags in the wild grow right next to rivers and streams. They literally dip their feet (roots) in the running water and grow down into the stream/river and use it as their source of fluids. That's why in general, they like to be wetter than just about any other orchid, and even why their roots grow the way they do.
Someone on here has a quote about orchids being easy to grow - you just have to think like them. It applies!

It must be a cross between Sorcerer's Apprentice and Grande. I took a picture of the tag yesterday because I was going to ask this question. I will have to down load it tomorrow and put up the picture. They say 4N for both.
It doesn't seem to have a name I guess but I am not good with the names or how they mean. I had pictures of it blooming but I can't find that camera chip. Angers me I had several of my orchids on there dag it anyway.
And thanks I will try and water it more. I can't believe I ever got it to bloom but I can tell you one thing I will be getting more of these love, love, love them.

I have both Sorcerer's Apprentice and Grande. But as individuals, not as a cross. I water both a lot. As long as the media is OK, you should be fine to try adding more water. Some say caudatum plants (which Grande is half) might not take as much water, but that's not been my experience.
Sorry to hear about misplacing the memory card - maybe it will show up!

I found out your phrag is Phrag. Les Dirouilles. I found a picture of the bloom and WOW, it is beautiful! Something about it, I just love it, I might have to make room for one. It seems like it'd be fairly large, is it? See here:* Phrag. Les Dirouilles 4N (Sorcerer's Apprentice 4N x Grande 4N)
Edit: silken and I posted at almost the exact same time. I beat you by a few seconds!

If it is Phrag. Sorcerer's Apprentice x Phrag. Grande it does have a registered name of Phrag. Les Dirouilles.

I love S/H because I'm not afraid to water enough then. I know people say you don't need to worry about that with Phrags anyway, but I still do and S/H gives me that peace of mind. I think that's why my phrag in S/H does so much better than the other one, because I'm not afraid to water it.

Yes that's it. I just love this thing. The last time it bloomed it had 5 blooms although as you all know they do just one at a time but it bloomed for a long time. It has 3 new growths now but I know one will not bloom as it is just not that big but I hope the other 2 will, well maybe if I would water it more. Thanks both for the name, I wonder why mine doesn't have it on the tag? And also why it's not a popular one I haven't seen it in my searching.
Here's the pictures.
