I just deflasked my first paphs this February. They were Paph. liemianum ('Birchwood' x self) seedlings. They are now getting big and are growing the fastest of any of my orchids. My advice is provide lots and lots of humidity, warmth, and air movement.

Plants look very healthy. Just be careful when you watering.

I watered them just like my other orchids. If you want to be more cautious, give them drips of water. Let them just dry out. Smaller seedlings like this are more prone to rot.

Looks like it comes from Ching Hua. They do have nice flasks. They should grow and flower in 2 years or so given optimal care.

You should be fine, Ching Hua do good sized, quality plants in their flasks. The only recommendation I have is to keep them more on the dry side than too moist as deflasked seedlings run more of a risk of rotting than anything else. I deflasked a paph flask from them a few months ago and the plants are doing really well.

They do come from Ching Hua indeed. I hope I'll be able to give them the proper care. I'm just a bit worried about the first few weeks. It's the first time I deflasked anything.
