All those hybrids you mentioned above are free blooming types blooming at least once or twice or even more.
Yours bloomed last year, so they are mature enough. It could be that the light is not enough for them since you said you moved them from windowsill to light setup.
That could mean a lot of light loss depending on what light setup you have for them.
Also, even these free flowering plants can have individual difference blooming less frequent than most of their siblings.
How long have you had them? If last years bloom were the first one, then you can wait and see. then you will know their blooming pattern better.
I like maudiae types (like the ones you have) and I got quite a few. I have two that bloomed for the first time years ago. then they took over one year to bloom again. after that second flowering, they bloom at least once or twice a year.
All others bloom twice or three times a year.
So I would first check with the light, then if the light is good enough, I would wait and learn their pattern.
Some Paphs are quite slow growers and new fans may take longer than a year before being mature enough to bloom.
Have fans matured and started new growth without blooming?
As NYCorchidman said, the ones boisemomma mentioned are all maudiae types and are freely blooming.
Some pictures of the newest growths may help. What month in 2012 did they bloom? If they bloomed later than April 2012 than the growths may still need to mature a bit.
I marked one as spiked in sept 2012, I was lax in marking the others as to date...bad me ,I'll enclose photos...I'm so impressed with the attention you all are giving me!
They all look very healthy. However, it looks like all but one was a single growth plant. I have a Paph. sukhakulii which only bloomed once a year until it reached 4-5 growths. That is when it started it's free flowering habit. I think they just need to grow up a little more, and get a little stronger. The one that bloomed in Sept probably won't bloom again until fall/winter.
