That's a nice looking plant! The browning at the end of the leaf in the first picture happens on a lot my my strap leaf paphs also. I have no real idea what causes it, maybe low humidity, but it doesn't seem to affect the plant much.
I don't really see much yellowing in the picture, but that can be caused by various cultural practices. Too much sun, too much fertilizer, too little fertilizer, needs repotting, and so on. You just need to be consistent in your culture and then start changing 1 small thing at a time and see what changes.

Doesn't look worrisome to me, either (but definitely not an expert!)

Be careful to not get water in the crown, especially during cool damp weather - I don't know if Paphs are as susceptible to crown rot as Phals, but I have gotten rot in mine in winter, from water in the leaf axis and crown - of course, I keep my home on the cool side, and humidity is usually higher than in summer here ...

Ok guys. Thanks for the adivce! I try not to get water in the crown when watering, maybe I'll have to switch to a different watering system. I will bump up the fertilizer probably, and see what happens.

I don't think I see anything wrong with your paph.
The very thin rim of ligher color is normal for certain paphs.
