Mid-Pacific Orchids- Has quite a few hybrids and a few species and very reasonable shipping prices
The above are the ones I've dealt with and all are excellent and friendly with good prices, listed below are some that I've heard are good, haven't tried them yet:
Monsoon Flora Orchids-Has paphs from flask to blooming size. Having a sale on seedlings as of 1/7/13
Orchid Inn-One of the most well-known paph and phrag vendors, they have flasks, seedlings, NBS and BS plants. They have many hybrids and just about every species. They go to quite a few shows a year.
Troy Meyer's Conservatory- They have flasks, compots, seedlings and occasionally bigger species paphs. They also have flasks of a lot of different species from many different genara. You usually do have to reserve flasks though.

I would suggest buying paphs and phrags (if you're interested from Tom Kalina @ Fox Valley Orchids, as mentioned above. All of his plants are specifically line bred. He also has many excellent awarded species and primary crosses. I have found many alba forms and interesting varieties with him, that I could not find elsewhere.
Any plants with the awarded names of 'Fox Valley' or 'Birchwood' are from his stock. He has pics of some of his plants on slippertalk (sorry OB).
Definitely email him with what you are looking for since has moved out of Hausermann's. You used to be able to go or call to see what was there, but emailing him is the ticket. He has MANY more pllants than are listed on the site, most going for the right price.
His prices are more than the average greenhouse, but the plants are worth it.
I also know a small grower in Ohio that sells paphs among countless other orchids. I would be willing to forward a list. She ships all year round.
Natt's orchids was not mentioned. They are a relatively small family of growers. They have excellent customer service and have some great primary crosses. (and TONS of Vandas). They have a site online, which is not always current.
Happy hunting!

I came across them all using SlipperTalk or just by accident by searching google for a specific plant for sale.
I oredered a Paph. liemianum (Birchwood x self) flask from Tom at Fox Valley Orchids. It will arrive today sometime!

I also bought a compot of Paph Muriel Constance x self (bellatulum var. album x greyi var. album) from him when I was in Chicago for the show in Sept. The compot was very reasonably priced. I divided earlier than was suggested, but I got 12 plants, 6 showing pigment and 6 showing without any under the leaves. The largest true album looks like it will bloom soon. EVERY plant put out a new leaf within a week of repotting. I have seen quite a variance in this cross with the limited pics available, but I'm anxious to compare each.
I hope your flask grows with equal success.

Just posted how I deflasked and pictures in the "Propagation" section. They're very healthy seedlings that were definitely ready to be deflasked. I'm pretty nervous and hope I'm successful. I just need to get them past the first month or so and get them growing then I'll stop worrying.
