Paphiopedilum gratrixianum
It is an easy growing species and is very like Paphiopedilum villosum.

Looks like a gratrixianum to me, but I've seen very few. Your picture makes me anxious for my seedling to bloom. Mine should bloom around the year 2015. Nice growing!
