Default Paphiopedilum Vinicolor
It need to be replanted and given a little more care as the flower is not as good in shape and size as it has been.

This is a beautiful plant and picture too! I have one blooming now, but I have never had great luck with this variety of orchid for some reason! Love the rich vibrant color!
