This is Paph. Supersuk × Hsinying Web. It has six new fans, but about half of them are 'standing up'.
All my other paphs stay pretty flat but this one shows an odd growth habit. I wonder if it's because the plant has many growth tightly packed in together and this is a way of trying to get more light.
