Paph. gratrixianum
Here's another little first bloomer that I have. I must say that I really love this one, it's so very cute and I love the spotted dorsal.
I'm also happy that it decided to go for two blooms as a starter so I have a second flower to look forward to while I enjoy looking at the first one.
Enjoy!
Yay, soon it'll have two flowers!

Lovely, look at the size of those flowers! Nice glossy, lacquered appearance.

Very nice one. I like the spots too. What size pot is it? Just trying to get an idea of the plant size.
Thanks.

Thanks guys! I really like this Paph and has done so ever since I saw the first picture of it. The fact that it looks even better IRL is a great bonus.

Hmm... Let's see now, the pot is 9cm, the longest leaves are approximately 18cm long and 4cm wide, the inflorescence (from the base to the ovary) are 8-9cm, the flower is; horizontal 9.5cm, vertical a little less than 9cm. It has four fans, two that are blooming size (obviously) and two smaller ones. More information than you asked for, but hopefully it'll give you a better idea how big the plant is.

Well, I can't take any credit for growing it since I've only had it since 16th of May, but I'm glad it came with two blooming sized fans since it apparently can take a while for it to reach this size.

Well, the second flower has been opened for some time now and I really like the overall appearance of this Paph, especially with the flowers hanging as they do, it fits somehow.
The second flower is a bit paler but has more distinct spots instead (on the lower dorsal that is as well as the petals).
I really like this little guy!
