Wow Great Growing!
Very Cool Flowers! Thanks for posting.
I have had one of these for the past 4/5 years. It had made 2 new growths but they rotted (years ago) the main plant keeps on growing.
I have the pot stood into a couple of pots trying to keep the long leaves from touching the surface, & find hard to do ...it's becoming a pyramid...
I would love to see a pic of the whole plant as you have it growing as well as details of your growing conditions. Thanks in advance.

Right now my plant is a single growth with a new one coming. It is mover 40cm across and has six leaves for the mature fan. Of course individual plants vary.
I have a feeling your plant is blooming sized. Also a strong root system seems to be important, but I haven't had much troubles with root problems with this cross. I use a medium bark mix, nothing special. I also grow under metal halide lighting. Everyone is different.
I also wouldn't change you cultural practices. Just give it patience! You can always try increasing/decreasing lighting, or moving the plant to a different area.
