One more possibility is a calcium deficiency, but if this one tiny spot is all you are seeing it is probably just random and not indicating a problem at all. Still, it can't hurt to thoroughly flush the pot with the best (low salts) water you can. As long as the roots are healthy it won't be a big problem soon, so always check the roots first if you have any question about the health of a Paph. And if it hasn't been repotted in the last 6-12 months do so as soon as the flower is gone.
