I deflasked a good number of species. Here are some and their survival rate. paph tranlienianum 80%, Paph hainanense 100%, Paph delenatii 80%, Paph anitum 0%, and bought some newly deflasked compots (because shipping is cheaper without glass bottles) 2 paph barbigerum about 80% each. And my friend gave me a compot of lockianum and lowii album. about 8 seedlings, Lost one each. So its normal to lose some seedlings. The ones that will grow will be great and robust.
