I would expect blooms on this type of hybrid to last 1-2 months, perhaps a little longer if you are lucky. The only change that might prolong the life of the flower significantly is cooler temps - no warmer than 60F days and about 50F nights. And keep it evenly moist of course, but make sure you don't over-water at cooler temps.
Normally this type of hybrid will have a single flower per spike, sometimes 2 but you should be able to see a large bud behind the first flower now if there will be a second one. Otherwise you need to wait for the next growth to mature before you will get another flower.
This is a Maudiae type Paph. Care instructions should be easy to find. Or if you prefer you can look at Paph venustum, Paph sukhakulii and Paph callosum. Those are the major species in this hybrid.
