I found a Paph. helenae seedling in 2 inches pot at EBay from a grower in CA...at $75 with $10 shipping...these are really that expensive ?!?!
In my frustration, I decided to get a blooming sized Paph. Maudiae Magnificum instead...which was on my prize range....
Now I have 3 Paphs in my collection!

Love this species! In fact, I don't grow Paphs, and this is the only Paph on my wish list!

I saw those - that's way too much to pay. I think I paid about $25.00 for mine as a seedling.

Ron, its nothing but total love for me with this species or any cross comming from the helenae.
Stunning lil paph
These paphs aren't cheap - this will run about 40$ down here and still 2 years from blooming.
I hope to see photos' Terri

Thanks, Gloria. They should become cheaper as they become more available.

Forestview Gardens, in BC, had some for sale last year for $25, seedlings. I got one and it bloomed a year after, very nice little plant
I don't think they sell to the US, but you could ask, if they get some more...
BTW they also have P.thaianum now ! (just got one, beautiful little plant too )

This really is a charmer isn't it.
I must admit I wasn't that taken by the example of it I saw at the show last week. Yours looks absolutely gorgeous though!

Ok here's mine. Not the best picture but I was too lazy to set it up nicely. It has a second spike started too.
