My newest addition to paph family :)
I was just drawn to it when I saw it. There were two, one with the dorsal completely spread out and this one, which I brought home.
The tag says "Paph.Hsingying Citron '#15' * Paph.fairrieanum 'Green Giant' This is my second fairrieanum hybrid. The other one being a cross between fairrieanum and Yosemite Moon, which is currently sending up two flower buds very very slowly that I sometimes look at them and think they are stuck.
I looked up that name online and there weren't many images available, but the ones I saw were all white and green. This one has white and green, but also has some brown in it. I like the color and the look.
It has a new baby attached to its side as a bonus, yay!!!
The flower spike stands quite tall compared to my Maudiae ones. Leaves are slightly mottled.
I can't wait seeing it one day with lots of growths and flowers!

This cross was registered as Paph. Hsinying Fairtron by Ching Hua this year. It's very nice!

Thank you, Kim, Gloria, and Camille.
I would have brought two of them home because they had different looking dorsal, but with the limited space in the apartment (which is already full of flowers! lol), I really had to try hard just to get one. lol I like it everytime I see it.
Unfortunately though, the flower is fading now. I guess it's been in bloom for quite some time now already.
Well, at least now I know what the flower looks like and look forward to some wonderful future performance, hopefully next year.
Should I dry freeze the flower and keep the shape as it is now? lol
