Just wanted to do a quick follow up. This year she bloomed again and while it looks like there's only going to be 1 bloom, it's huge! It's got to be 4.5" across and it's on top of a nearly 2' spike! I'll see if I can get a pic with the whole plant so you can see the scale.

Gorgeous! I have one of these that has just shown sign of a bud in the last couple of days. First bloom for it. Yours is a lovely shape and colour! I hope mine will be as nice!
